When did we say that we are afraid of elections: Asif Ali Zardari

On this Asif Zardari said that we have not won any victory in Sindh but people have voted.

Former President Asif Ali Zardari has said that Imran Khan says hold elections, what will he do after holding elections, what did he do in the first four years.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi on Wednesday, Asif Ali Zardari said that we have been saying that rigged elections should be held, but no one has ever listened to us.

“When did we say we are afraid of elections?” He asked.

However, he clarified that our game plan is to carry out political reforms first.

Asif Ali Zardari said that we rallied the political forces and removed the government and did not get a single vote of PTI to make a new Prime Minister.

He said that he had talked to Nawaz Sharif last night and he was talking only after his advice.

Asif Ali Zardari said that these people are singing to hold fresh elections. Whoever comes will have to solve such problems, so let us do it.

“We have to change the rules, make improvements and then hold elections.”

Referring to Imran Khan’s statement on inflation in which the former Prime Minister had said that he did not come to reduce the price of potatoes and tomatoes, he said, “I have come to reduce the price of potatoes and tomatoes. ۔ ‘

Asif Ali Zardari said that decisions have to be made together with friends. It is not as if Nawaz Sharif says something else and Maulana Fazlur Rehman says something else.

He said that we used to call Pervez Musharraf a dictator but never attacked his house.

Asif Zardari, referring to Siraj-ud-Daulah by Imran Khan, asked which Nawab of Bengal he was.

What does this have to do with the political situation in the country? We try not to let anyone get selected again. “

Pointing to Imran Khan, he said that only we can run Pakistan, they cannot run it.

Asif Ali Zardari said that if the army is apolitical then I should salute General Bajwa or fight over why he left politics.

“The army did not say vote for Zardari or Shahbaz, it has only become apolitical, of which it has taken an oath.”

“This exercise shows that the military can remain neutral and non-political,” he said.

“We will try to keep them non-political.”

Asked about the alleged threatening letter, Asif Zardari said he had not read any such post.

When asked if Imran Khan says he is coming to save Sindh from Zardari.

On this Asif Zardari said that we have not won any victory in Sindh but people have voted.

He advised Imran Khan to come and contest the elections and get the votes of the people.
