Supreme Court to resume hearing on presidential reference on Monday
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed the presidential reference filed by the federal government seeking interpretation of Article 63(A).
A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial will preside over the case.
The bench will hear the presidential reference on daily basis from Monday.
