Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan has given a six-day deadline to the government, saying, “I am giving six days to the imported government. I will settle down. ‘

Addressing the workers on Jinnah Avenue in Islamabad on Thursday, Imran Khan, announcing the end of the long march, said: They want us to fight the police and the army.

Addressing the gathering, the former prime minister said, “Announce the date of elections in six days and dissolve the assemblies.” If not, I will return to Islamabad with 3 million people.

He said that he reached Islamabad from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 20 hours. “All I saw on the way was that the nation was free from fear and united.”

“Earlier governments feared police, tears and death because unless the nation overcomes fear, it can easily be enslaved,” he said. “I am just happy to be free of all fears.”

Imran Khan, once again referring to threatening posts and external conspiracies, said, “What could be more insulting to the country than to put thieves at the top.”

Imran Khan took the government by surprise and said, “Thousands of our people have been put in jails. One in Attock and Lahore, one in Karachi and three of our workers were martyred.

“What crime were we committing?” He asked. What democracy is there in the world where peaceful protests are not allowed?

Referring to his rule, Imran Khan said that even then Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Bilawal Bhutto had carried out a long march. “Instead of blocking the way, we offered containers and food supplies.”

He said, “I pay tribute to the judiciary. Yesterday, the government used tactics and carried out round-ups.” That the judiciary took notice. Judges of the Supreme Court have a huge responsibility. The whole nation is looking to the judiciary.
