OIC secretary general arrives to attend OIC meeting
ISLAMABAD: Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary General Hissein Brahim Taha arrived here on Monday to attend 48th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.
He was warmly welcomed by Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib, Special Representative on Religious Harmony Muhammad Tahir Ashrafi and officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the airport.
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister of Guinea Bissau Mrs. Suzi Carla Barbosa, Foreign Minister Gambia Dr. Mamadou Tangara, Maldives’ Permanent Representative to OIC, Mohemed Khalil, Bangladesh’s Permanent Representative to OIC Mohammad Javed Patwary and Foreign Minister of Niger Hassoumi Massoutou on Monday arrived in Islamabad.
The officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs warmly welcomed the distinguished guests at the airport.
