In the case of harassment of a boy and a girl in E-11 area of ​​Islamabad, the victim girl has refused to identify the accused.

The victim and the boy testified in the District and Sessions Judge’s Court on Tuesday, saying, “The police have made this whole matter their own. I have not signed any stamp paper.” ‘

Refusing to identify the accused, the victim said, “I did not identify any of the accused and did not sign any papers. The police kept signing and thumbprinting me on plain papers at different times.” ‘

The victim told the court that she did not know any of the accused and did not want to pursue the case. The victim pleaded with the court that she did not want to appear in the case again, to which the judge rejected the plea, saying that she would have to appear.

The victim also refused to identify Rehan, who was arrested on charges of making mobile footage.

The girl stated, “I did not pay ransom to anyone. No accused, including Rehan, tried to rape me. I do not know Rehan.” The police had shown me the other accused including Rehan at the police station. ‘

The victim, while submitting her affidavit in the court, said, “I am not giving this statement under any pressure.”

The hearing of the case has been adjourned till January 18.

In July last year, a video of a boy and a girl being harassed in Islamabad’s Sector E-11 surfaced, after which Islamabad police arrested the accused and registered a case. The video, which went viral on social media, shows a boy and a girl in the middle of a room and a man abusing them.

 In this case, Prime Minister Imran Khan took notice and directed the IG Islamabad to supervise the case himself.

During the investigation, it was also revealed that the main accused Usman Mirza and other accused had also blackmailed the victim girl and boy and taken Rs 1.3 million.
