Surprisingly, this is not a flagship phone but the Midrange Nova 9SE which was quietly introduced by the company.
The phone was launched on the company’s Malaysian website where it is available in pre-order.
The Nova 9SE has a 6.78-inch display with no bezel.
The front and back are covered with glass sheets, while the Android 12 operating system is integrated with the EMUI12.
Due to US restrictions, the phone does not have Google services but the Huawei App Gallery Store is available as an alternative.
The company did not say about the processor but it could be Snapdragon 680 with 4G connectivity and Wi-Fi 5 support.
The phone comes with a 4000 mAh battery with 66 watt fast charging support and a fingerprint reader on the side, but no headphone jack.
The back of the phone has an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth camera with a 108-megapixel main camera.
The highlight of the phone’s camera setup is the Super Night Shoot feature, while the front has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
