In a message regarding the illness of former Pakistani military president Pervez Musharraf, his family has requested prayers for relief.
On Friday, a message was released from Musharraf’s official Twitter handle by his family, denying reports that the former military president was on a ventilator.
According to Musharraf’s family, the former president has been in hospital for the past three weeks due to medical complications.
According to a statement issued by the family, “Pervez Musharraf is going through a difficult phase where his recovery is not possible and his organs have stopped working.”
At the end of the statement, a prayer is asked for the relief of the former dictator.
It may be recalled that Pervez Musharraf has been ill for some time now and is undergoing treatment at a local hospital in Dubai.
