Now place these pieces on a serving plate with a little gap in between.

INGREDIENTS:

Margarine: 1½ kg

Castor sugar: 1½ kg

All-purpose flour: 1 ½ kg

Baking powder: 1 tsp

Vanilla essence: ½ tsp

Egg: 4

Strawberry jam: I bottle

Fresh cream: 2 packets

Chocolate cookies: I packet

Bunties/colourful sweets/jelly: As required Marshmallows: For garnishing

METHOD:

Beat margarine well with sugar. Now add one by one all the eggs and beat well. Sieve maida and baking powder and add in the egg mixture. Now add vanilla essence and mix well. Now pour this mixture in a greased baking pan and bake at 180oC in a pre-heated oven cool.

Now cut cake into 2 pieces in such a way that each piece in such a way that each piece is in a half circle shap.

Now place these pieces on a serving plate with a little gap in between. Now cover the 2 pieces first with strawberry jam. Now coat with fresh cream. Fill the gap with chocolate cookies and decorate the cake with some cookies, bunties, jellies, colourful sweets and decorate the sides of the cake with marshmallows. Servé
