Making remakes is also an art, I guessed after watching Akshay Kumar’s new movie Cuttputlli. It is a remake of the Tamil film Ratsasan. Ratsasan I watched and commented on a few months back. It was a great thriller movie and the characters were signed according to each character.
Now its Hindi remake Cuttputlli was released so I wanted to watch it. But I was very disappointed after watching this remake. I think Akshay Kumar was not the subject for this role in any way. Another domineering policewoman was played by the beautiful Sargun Mehta, who is by no means a domineering actress.
The hero of the film (Akshay Kumar) is no longer subject to the role of a young man. There is no objection to his acting, but not every character is a subject for every age.
However, the director of this film, Ranjit Tiwari, could not carry the film in the same way as the suspense of the original film.
The film is the story of a serial killer and thriller writer. The writer accidentally becomes a cop and from his suspenseful stories guesses what kind of psycho the killer is.
If you have seen the original movie Ratsasan, then it is a good thing not to watch the remake. The story of the original film that will be etched in your mind will continue to be enjoyed.
