Puff Pastry 8 oz
Roll the puff pastry. Cut 1” stripes, grease the cone. Roll the puff pastry on it, overlapping each strip till the end and brush the top with egg.
Put it on a tray and bake in a pre-heated hot oven, till golden. Slip out the con while still hot.
When cool, beat cream with icing sugar or caster sugar. Fill the hollow with fresh crème from an icing bag.
