Puff Pastry 16 oz
Boiled chicken 1 cup
margarine 2 oz
Flour 1 oz
Fresh milk 1/2 cup
Stock 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Heat Margarine, add flour and cook for 2 minutes, add stock, milk, chicken, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Roll the puff pastry and cut with the cutter, put one of the puff pastry and brush with egg, put chicken filling and put another on it, and brush it with egg too. Once again put another on top, and brush it with egg. Bake in hot oven, till golden.
